Once an order made of available items has been placed, the order and any other information provided cannot be changed. Orders placed separately will be dispatched separately.
Solidgoods.it reserves the right to delay any shipment in case solidgoods.it cannot properly process orders due to any reasonable causes that are not under solidgoods.it’s control. Please note that during seasonal sales and promotional sales, delays can occur in the orders’ processing.
Solidgoods.it reserves the right to refuse to process orders and/or service in any moment. Solidgoods.it reserves, also, the right to decline an order in the event that the order does not receive express verification or approval from the Client’s bank.
Orders made of available items, upon confirmation of their availability and check of the bank transaction, will be processed within n. 2 working days of the order’s placement. The amount of the transactions made by credit cards will be settled only when processing the order.
Solidgoods.it processes orders in Italy (IT), from Monday to Friday. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed within the next 2 following working days of Sunday. Solidgoods.it cannot be accountable for delays of the shipments due to meteorological conditions, customs inspections and other circumstances that are irrelevant to solidgoods.it’s control.
By placing an order on solidgoods.it, customers establish a commercial relationship with solidgoods.it and commit to accept delivery of the parcel related to the order placed. If the parcel cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect phone number, wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver), or if the customer refuses to collect the parcel, the parcel will be returned to the sender solidgoods.it in Italy at customer expense. The expense includes the cost of storage of the parcel, shipping costs and any duty and tax fees; the amount will be deducted from the total amount of the order to be refunded.
Shipping costs for each specific geographic area are listed below:
ITALY
Shipping cost: €. 6,50 – The prices shown on solidgoods.it when shipping to Italy include custom fees and taxes and will be delivered with no extra costs.
The shipping cost only for the center of Venice is €. 9.00.
EUROPEAN COUNTRIES
Shipping costs: €. 19.90 – Prices quoted for shipments to European Union countries include customs duties and taxes without additional costs. Shipping is free for orders over €. 250.00.
Countries included in the shipment at a cost of €. 19.90: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, United Kingdom.
The cost of shipping is €. 26.90 for the following countries: Finland, Malta, Turkey, Ireland.
DELIVERY
Solidgoods.it delivers parcels in Italy and Europe via express courier (GLS, SDA or other authorized couriers).
When the order is shipped, Clients receive an email specifying the tracking number and a direct link to monitor the shipment status. In any case Solidgoods.it suggests customers to visit GLS website in order to monitor the status of the order.
If the parcel cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect phone number, wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver), or if the customer refuses to collect the parcel, the express courier will attempt for n. 2 times the delivery of the parcel, after which the parcel will be stocked at the headquarter of the closest courier to the recipient address. The cost of storage of the parcel is €. 3.00 and from the time of storage the customer has n. 10 days to proceed independently to pick up the parcel. After this deadline (10 days), the parcel will be returned to the SOLID GOODS warehouse for a cost of €. 7.00. The cost of storage (€. 3.00) and the cost for returning the parcel to SOLID GODDS warehouse (€. 7.00) will be charged to the customer. The same procedure applies for the shipments outside of Italy (the cost of storage €. 3.00, and the cost for returning the parcel to SOLID GOODS warehouse – € 19.90 or € 26.90, depending on the geographical shipping areas – will be charged to the customer.
At delivery time, customers are kindly invited to carefully inspect the parcel before signing and confirming the completed delivery of the same.
In case the customer receives a parcel that has been opened by Customs or by the Carrier for authorized inspections, the parcel will be closed with a guarantee seal by the specific body.
If the parcel appears damaged, wet, or the adhesive tape not intact, customer is kindly invited to sign the delivery of the parcel with the note “Received unchecked”, or to refuse the delivery of the parcel. In case the parcel will not result untouched, customers are kindly invited to open a claim with the local GLS office and promptly contact solidgoods.it at the e-mail address: customerservice@solidgoods.it
We recommend to take photos of the box prior to opening it and promptly share them with us so that we can file a claim with the carrier.
If the parcel is not intact, and the customer signs the delivery without the note “Received unchecked”, delivery will be deemed automatically accepted and consequently solidgoods.it will not accept any related claim.
Any claim regarding damages, missing merchandise and/or delivery to the wrong address, must be received by solidgoods.it within 8 days from the order’s delivery date on the carrier’s website, otherwise the claim will not be accepted.
RETURNS POLICY (Customer is kindly invited to carefully follow the return policy of solidgoods.it, briefly summed up below).
If for any reason Clients are not satisfied with an order, the items can be returned within 14 days of the order’s delivery date.
Currently we DO NOT exchange the item purchased. The item can be only returned.
Item(s) must be returned in its (their) original conditions, neatly packed and with the original labels and tags still attached, perfectly intact, without any sign of bending and/or wear.
The returned item(s) should have not been worn, washed or altered. If the item does not fit these requirements the item will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at its expense.
If client return the garment not properly folded up, from the refund will be charged a commission of €. 4,00 for ironing the garment.
In case of defective item, or incorrect item following a mistake attributed to solidgoods.it, customer is kindly asked to follow the return instructions below described and also to attach detailed pictures proving the defect or the mistake. In these cases, shipping costs for returning and duty and tax fees will be at the expense of solidgoods.it. that will organize the shipment with the collaboration of the client.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty.
For products identified as “vintage look” (see product description on the website), any variations in the color of the fabric and/or print cannot be considered defects but they must be considered objective and intrinsic characteristics of the products submitted to aging treatments.
All products are checked at the warehouse for any faults. However, if a customer receives an item not in the original state please contact customerservice@solidgoods.it.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
1. Returns must be shipped by the client within 14 days of the order’s delivery date.
2. Returns are at the client expense. (suggested low cost couriers: Poste Italiane, GLS, SDA or www.spedire.com; www.e-motion.com; www.spedirecomodo.it).
3. According to the RETURN POLICY above described, the Client is kindly invited to ship the parcel to: SOLID ITALIAN DESIGN A.S.
4. Returns must be packed in the same box sent by solidgoods.it and must have a copy of the order inside.
5. Solidgoods.it reserves the right to refuse returns that are not sent in accordance with the Return Policy above indicated. In the case of rejected or unauthorized returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order at the client expense. If a rejected or unauthorized return is accepted, solidgoods.it will have the right to deduct a 15% administrative/re-stocking fee from the refund.
6. For returns outside of Italy, Solidgoods.it will not take charge of any custom taxes related to your return.

REFUND
When customer returns the item(s), the credit note will be issued after the parcel is returned to our warehouse and only after the quality check on the item(s).
The refund procedure will take 10 days from the arrival of the item/s at the warehouse. Any changes in currency during the return period will not be reimbursed.
Orders paid by credit card will be refunded to the original card used during checkout. The refunded amount will be available within the next billing statement. This may change depending on banks and credit providers, it could take up to 30 working days.
If you purchased products at one of our authorised resellers, please get in touch with them, as they have their own return policies. It is not possible to return your items to our online store.
